What Penny is

Penny is a private household assistant that Alexander Rydekull runs for his own family, on his own server in Sweden. It's free, non-commercial and only for people he has invited.

Who can use it

Only members of the household and people Alexander has invited. Each person uses their own phone and their own profile. Don't try to reach other people's data or any part of the server beyond what Penny offers you.

Connected accounts

Connecting a Google account is optional. Penny uses that data only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Answers come from an AI

Penny's answers and suggestions are made by an AI (Anthropic's Claude) and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important yourself, such as appointments, deliveries, bills and anything to do with health, money or safety.

No guarantees

Penny is provided as is, without any warranty. It may change, be unavailable, or stop at any time. To the extent Swedish law allows, Alexander Rydekull isn't liable for any loss or damage from using Penny.

Changes

These terms can be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

Swedish law applies.
